Food & Beverage Processing
Hygienic process equipment, built for fabrication
Process vessels, CIP-compatible skids and hygienic piping, detailed in SS304 and SS316L.
About Food & Beverage Processing
Food and beverage plants are built around cleaning as much as production. Drainable geometry, cleanable welds and materials that survive the CIP cycle decide whether equipment holds up, and the drawing set has to carry that discipline through to the fabricator.
Peak designs process vessels, CIP-compatible skid systems and hygienic piping for these plants, detailed in SS304 and SS316L and delivered as complete fabrication-ready drawing packages.

What we deliver
How the work is reviewed
Hygienic design is mostly discipline. Drainable geometry, cleanable welds, and materials that stand up to the CIP cycle without shortening the life of the equipment. Every package passes a structured review before it leaves, with a designer, a checker and an approver each signing the drawing set.
The deliverable package is complete, 3D models, GA and fabrication drawings, isometrics where piping is in scope, and the supporting documentation, issued in the formats your fabricator and your quality team ask for. A pilot starts with the input package you already hold, and closes with a working session so your engineers can judge the quality directly.
